About Bell Janitorial Services in Dallas, TX
Our philosophy is “we do the right thing.” We are very responsive. We practice “old fashioned” beliefs about being honest with our customers, taking responsibility for any issues that need to be corrected, and priding ourselves on doing our work properly the first time. We are proud of our industry knowledge and can be a consultant on any needs including matting, deodorant systems, and other issues. We are flexible. If you need additional work done for a special event, we handle your request easily and effortlessly.
Our small staff has 75 years of experience in the cleaning industry. We understand what it takes to keep customers happy.
We treat your staff with dignity and respect.
Our workers are W-2 employees. They are 3rd party verified as legally able to work in the U.S. The same folks come to your building each night. They get to know your facility so they can alert you if they notice something unusual. Because of our very low turnover, you don’t have to deal with “revolving door” crews who are not familiar with your facility.
Bell workers clean your building at reasonable hours, so if we need to contact you during the evening about an issue; your contact is not getting a phone call in the early hours of the morning.
The Bell employees cleaning your facility have passed criminal background checks & drug screenings, so you never have to worry about who is cleaning your facility. This is very important if your employees work while the cleaning staff is cleaning.
The Bell employees cleaning your facility are covered by Genuine Texas Workers Compensation Insurance. Why does that matter? If any non-employee in in your building has an accident on your property or CLAIMS to have had an accident ( because they have no other insurance ) and their employer does NOT have Genuine Workers Compensation insurance, they can file a claim against you, under your General Liability Insurance. If these folks are covered under Genuine Texas Workers Compensation insurance, you are completely out of the loop for all claims for lost wages and medical bills.
Did you know that Texas is one of the few states where Workers Compensation Insurance is not required? If someone tells you their company is bonded and insured, be sure you ask them for a detailed explanation of what these words mean for you.
Our workers are covered by Employee Dishonesty Insurance and General Liability Insurance. So you are fully protected.
